Warranty

Caravan Electrical Solutions (CES) are pleased to offer a 12 month warranty on all materials and labour completed.

CES conduct comprehensive testing on all of our caravans and dates are all listed on associated forms which are supplied with our caravans. Testing is completed on all 12-volt and 240-volt systems within the caravan.

When tested all components and circuitry past the relevant testing and was working correctly.

CARAVAN ELECTRICAL SOLUTIONS WARRANTY PEROID IS VALID FOR A PEROID OF 12 MONTHS.

WARRANTY WILL BE VOID IF:

ANY ADDITION OR ALTERATION IS MADE TO:

• 240-volt electrical system.
• 12-volt electrical system.
• Any fuse is replaced with a fuse of higher rating.

ANY FIXING OR PENETRATION IS MADE ON THE CARAVAN WHICH CAUSES DAMAGE TO ANY WIRING.

If any alteration or addition is to be made on the caravan due to customer request, the contractor that performs the work must take warranty of the associated wiring and/or components.

On caravans that have an Anderson plug installed for charging of battery/batteries, a blocking diode has been installed on the positive cable to ensure 12-volt is not sent back to the car.

If you require this to be removed, the contractor that removes the diode must take warranty of all associated wiring and/or components.

If you experience difficulties or have a warranty issue with the electrical in your caravan, please contact Caravan Electrical Solutions. We will either fix the problem or organise someone else to fix the problem.

No warranty issues will be accepted after works are done if no purchase order has been given.

If Caravan Electrical Solutions act on a warranty issue not caused by Caravan Electrical Solutions, the responsible party takes ownership of the warranty issue, and will be billed for time and travel associated with repairing the problem by Caravan Electrical solutions.

Caravan Electrical Solutions only offer warranty on parts that they have supplied. Warranty on parts will be for a period of 12 MONTHS, unless the manufacturer of the associated product offers a longer warranty period.

It is recommended that on purchase of your new caravan you have your car assessed by a qualified auto electrician to ensure your car is wired in accordance with your new caravan (as not all caravans are wired identically).
